The Bose MIE2 In-Ear Mobile Headset picks up where the original Bose headset left off to offer an even more pleasurable listening experience. The headphones use a proprietary TriPort acoustic structure to provide greater low-frequency output than most conventional earbuds. An enhanced acoustic design incorporates a new port for smoother, more natural audio, and exceptionally clear vocals when on the phone. The inline microphone and control button allow you to make phone calls, take voice notes, and play/pause your music on compatible smart phones and MP3 players, such as the iPhone and iPod touch.
The unique in-ear design and 3 sizes of StayHear interchangeable silicone eartips provide a stable, secure, and comfortable fit. The StayHear tips have a unique design that fits inside the bowl of the ear and naturally conforms to the ear's upper ridge. The in-ear design also provides isolation from environmental noise, allowing you to focus on your music. The unique black and white cable has enhanced flexibility and durability to withstand the rigors of daily use.
Intended for use with portable audio devices such as MP3 and CD players, the MIE2 headset has an angled 3.5mm plug that provides wide compatibility with a variety of products including Apple devices, computers, and more. A pair of 2.5mm adapter cables is included to ensure compatibility with a variety of cell phones. A clothing clip and leather carrying case are included to prevent tangles and provide convenient storage.

These are by far the best in-ear headphones (non-noise canceling). I've had these headphones since summer 2011 and they're amazing!
The sound is clear and not super bass intensive unlike a lot of other Bose products. These are not noise-canceling and allow you hear the environment around you, great for being outdoors.
They're very comfortable and enjoy the design of the rubber StayEar tips. I've never owned a pair of in-ear headphones that stay put, this design works.
Is it worth the money? Absolutely.

Love these! Not only are they of great quality and provide ample bass, the main reason why I like these is that they are comfortable! I don't like in-ear headphones, and these are not one of those yet still provide amazing quality of sound.

Great for cell phone and ipod use. Sound not as good as straight bose headset without cell
phone feature. Has more bass quality and higher
tones not as clear. Don't let that stop you from purchaseing these however, still better than any
other camparitivly priced brands, except the
original bose.

very good sound quality despite the fact that they don't plug into your ears. too bad they don't plug into your ears. sound would be unbelivable. why the AE2 aroud ear audio headphones don't come with in line mic like the MIE2? that woud be great!!!

I use these earphones for jogging and a hands fee head set. My old earphones would always come out of place when I would pick up my pace, but not the Bose mie2. I didn't notice how good my jog was until I was done, like wow I didnt have to adjust them at all. They sound great, but are not isolating at all. Theirs no volume control on the wire just a mic with one button which works like a talk/end button. The wires are very flashy black and white swirl, like a candy cane. Definetly worth it if u hate when ur earphones come out.
