They work as promised, and are easy to set up. Takes a bit to get used to the active shutter and it may give people headaches over an extended time. The 3D experience is very cool and the glasses do work well. My only gripe is that the glasses are a little awkward and heavy, and I wish the field of vision was a little bit better. Overall, great product for around $100!!

I got this as a "package deal" w/my Sony 3D TV. Bottom Line is that you can't watch 3D without this stuff. I believe the retail is roughly $300 for the starter kit, which is WELL LESS than what you would pay if you bought the items separately (two 3D glasses, a 3D transmitter, and a Sony 6' HDMI cable).

A great starter kit at a great price which includes everything you need to get the most from a Sony compatible 3D T.V. just be sure you have a 3D capable blu-ray player or PS3. I connected the transmitter, enabled 3D on the T.V, adjusted the video settings on the PS3, turned on the glassses and boom Alice in 3D which I have to say looked far superior to anything else I've seen yet. Get it from B&H because you won't find a better price anywhere. (Also the glasses use a standard C2032 battery so the replacements are available just about anywhere batteries are sold and are relatively inexpensive)

Great deal here couldn't beat the price by a mile. [...] The glasses are sturdy but they are a little bit heavy and slightly uncomfortable to wear. If you are in no hurry for a set of glasses it would be nice to advise to wait for the 3D tvs coming out that do not require glasses, but if you already have a tv this is the place to get them.
