Brother TD-4000 Desktop Bar Code Printer
The Brother TD-4000 Desktop Bar Code Printer is a cost-effective way to print out labels, receipts, and tags all at your desktop. This true GDI printer is compatible with Windows operating systems, including Windows 7, and comes packaged with Brother's PT-Editor software. This application allows you to add bar codes, lines, curves and more to your printouts. In addition, the TD-4000 can be linked to a Microsoft Excel or Access database file or SQL server. The printer is also compatible with third party Windows-based software apps. Along with numerous design options, the TD-4000 also features a fast print speed of 4.3 inches per second. Other features include an automatic cutter, a 1-year limited warranty, and toll free customer support.

We are a custom garment decorator and use the product to print custom box labels. Brother's customer support was very helpful and even set up our label through the editing software and linked it with and excel file to streamline our labeling process.

We use this product in a warehouse environment with a custom program and the P-Touch software. It was easy to setup, install and use - very little technical knowledge required for "general" use. B&H pricing is very competitive on this product, as well. We will be getting another one for redundancy in the near future.
