This nearly-pocket-sized printing dynamo weighs less than a pound, and it'll fit into most briefcases, backpacks, or messenger bags with ease. With the ability to stream up to 4 prints per minute into your hand, The MX-120 is an excellent choice for anyone who's on-the-go.
Originally designed for busy professionals working out in the field, the MW-120 can also handle a myriad of non-professional applications - students, chefs, shoppers - anyone can make use of this printer's ability to enhance their productivity. It delivers easy-to-read 300 dpi resolution prints and requires no ink or ribbon to operate; data is printed using Thermal Transfer Technology.
It is equipped with USB and Serial interfaces to make it compatible with a wide variety of digital equipment such as: hand-held terminals, medical instruments, test equipment and other stand-alone electronic equipment, plus laptops and notebook computers. It is also has an IrDA interface for wireless infrared line-of-sight connectivity with IrDA devices including PDA's and Smartphones.
The MW-120 accommodates 4.1 x 2.9"/A7 size paper which is loaded into the device via a 50-sheet capacity auto-feed cassette. It utilizes Brother ThermaPlusM thermal paper which feels like plain paper and is easy to write on. Thermal copy paper is also available.

- Brother's ThermaPlus M paper is designed specifically for mobile applications. It feels like plain paper, is easy to write on, allows the use of highlighters, and reduces print fading. Brother also offers carbon copy paper for those applications that require a second copy. Both are great for sales receipts, price quotes, customer invoices, maintenance and repair reports, tickets and fines, medical test results, patient instructions, and more.
