The Lorex Super Resolution Bullet Camera uses an advanced Sony CCD with a super high resolution of 600 TV lines to provide you with ultra clear and bright images of the surveillance scene. Additionally this camera employs an IR illumination system to illuminate the surveillance area at night up to 120' away. To match this range of night vision, this camera incorporates a 6mm lens with a 60° field of view. The camera also incorporates a split glass design to eliminate the problems of IR reflection. Together with Digital Noise Reduction and a true day/night function this will ensure you'll get clear and bright images at all times of the day and night.
This camera can be installed in an indoor or outdoor location, with its IP66 rated aluminum casing offering good protection from the weather. The integrated wall mount bracket features a cable pass-through design which will keep the power and video wires out of sight once the camera is mounted for a neat and secure install. At the same time this bracket offers flexible angle adjustments so you can quickly and accurately point the camera in the direction you need it to see. Included with the camera is a 60' connecting cable for versatile camera placement in your home or business.

The most impressive is the night viewing. It is like seeing everything in daytime light. Recording the video is perfect.

Comments about Lorex Super Resolution Bullet Camera:
I just purchased the camera from B&H to enhance the quality of night vision for a distance shot in the front of my house. This was a definate upgrade to my 16 camera Lorex system with existing cameras providing just 420 lines of resolution. B&H has a very low price for the camera [...]This camera's LEDs light up the area so that all images can be clearly seen - even in COMPLETE darkness without the eye being aware that the area has been secretly lit up. Unlike what was experienced by another reviewer, this is the last of my cameras to turn to black & white as the sun is going down. Once it becomes dark outside, the LED's light up "red" which is clearly visible when looking at the front of the camera in darkness. Also, like the other Lorex cameras in my system, this camera provides a 60 degree viewing angle as well. The ONLY slight concern I have is that this camera and cable are both currently only available in "white". In order to match my other cameras and so it would be less noticable outside in a tree location, I carefully spray painted my camera black. The camera itself is Sony inside, is awesome and I highly recommend it!!!

Comments about Lorex Super Resolution Bullet Camera:
I bought this camera for home security. Overall, the camera is okay. I did return the camera because the field of view was not wide enough for me and is not adjustable. The camera seemed well made. The cables that come with the camera are very thin. The night vision LEDs come on at the the slightest darkness. For just slightly more money, I feel that there are better cameras out there.
