This Rode MiCon 5 Adapter is intended for use with all Rode headsets and microphones that utilize MiCon connectors. The adapter features a standard 3-pin XLR connection for use with a standard 3 pin XLR and P48 phantom power.

Comments about Rode MiCon-5 Adapter:
Works fine with the Rode Lavalier mic. The Micon connectors are very small and delicate, so I'd suggest not disconnecting/reconnecting them any more often than absolutely necessary. Bring able to swap cables in case one goes bad is a great benefit.
Minor gripe: There is not enough space in the otherwise nice and sturdy lavalier mic case to store the system with the MiCon-5 attached.
