The Q-Flash has been my flash of choice for the past dozen years now. The 200C provides plenty of power, and recycles extremely fast.
You will need this cable to go between the flash and battery. I suggest buying two because you will always need one. In my experience, these cables seem to last about 3-5 years, and then they die. The problem is, if you don't have a second one around you won't know if the problem is with the cable or the flash.
The most common problem is the cable getting bent on the side where the silver part screws into the Norman 200C(or B). Once this is bent the connections get destroyed and the cable is not good anymore. You will get longer life out of the cable if you try to avoid sharp bends of the cable.
