The Apple In-Ear Headphones are a terrific option for those who wish to get the most out of their iPod, iPhone, or iPad while maintaining a stylish Apple look. Each earpiece houses 2 custom balanced armature drivers; one for bass and one for treble. This provides crystal-clear audio across a wide frequency range, so you hear every detail of your favorite songs.
The headphones come with 3 different sizes of soft silicone eartips. This lets you find the perfect match for your ear to create a secure and comfortable fit. Using the proper eartip size also maximizes noise isolation, improves bass response, and allows you to listen at lower volume levels, potentially reducing the risk of hearing damage.
The integrated mic/remote unit on the cable allows you to take voice notes or make phone calls, as well as play and pause your music, skip tracks, and adjust playback volume. Steel mesh caps inside each earpiece keep the speaker units debris-free, and are easily removed for cleaning. A spare set of mesh caps is included.
Note! The remote and mic are supported only by iPod nano (4th and 5th generation), iPod classic (120GB/160GB), iPod touch (2nd and 3rd generation), iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and iPad. The remote is supported by iPod shuffle (3rd generation). Audio is supported by all iPod models. Requires software version 1.0.3 for iPod nano (4th generation), 2.0.1 for iPod classic (120GB), and 2.2 or later for iPod touch (2nd generation).

The Ear buds fit will in the ear, however the sound quality is not what I was expecting and talking on the phone with these ear buds in your ear is not the best experience. I feel like I am yelling, then I take one out and feel like it is better because now I can hear myself.

Comments about Apple Dual-Driver In-Ear Headphones with Mic and Remote:
Ok so apple dominates the technological market with outstanding form in computer, iPods, tablets and these headphones are no different. They are beautifully made, comfortable in ear, with 3 "capsulated" size selections, and an extremely handy case for the headphones that just seems too simple to be true. But functionality... The headphones do their job, but the sound is a bit tinny, there is virtually no bass, and they buzz occasionally.Bottom line. Good headphones, but not for [$], maybe $50 worth

Comments about Apple Dual-Driver In-Ear Headphones with Mic and Remote:
Best performing and most comfortable headphones I have ever used. Music listening ( streaming Pandora - especially) is crystal clear. Seriously changed my music listening time many fold. I actually walk the dog way more often just as an excuse to listen to music for an hour. Also the microphone (when someone interrupts my music is so clear when I am in noisy areas. I actually bought a second one for my wife. I left my earphone in a shirt pocket which went through the clothes washer. I was really sad and mad at myself for being so stupid. However, after I dried it off and hung it up to dry, to my surprise it is still perfect. I compared it to my wifes, still perfect.

I was hesitant to give any rating as I ended up never using the product, but since I've been nudged, here's my 2 cents.
Apple (and this goes for a few others) - thanks for having packaging that says the 160G Classic iPod works with these phones. You have completely disregarded original owners who shelled out big cash immediately for the first release of the player who wind up buying these things and then have to go out of their way to return them because their version of the 160G iPod Classic is not compatible.
But, I guess we're in the past, our money has long been taken and spent and what better way to get us to dump a perfectly good unit and buy an unnecessary new one. Well, I won't be doing so, but I'm sure some have or will.
Consider this a PSA for folks in my shoes.

Comments about Apple Dual-Driver In-Ear Headphones with Mic and Remote:
I use the earphones for music at work and audio monitoring during shoots.
Hands-down the best priced headphones for "Dual-Drivers"!
The audio is clean and the bass is fat and round, NOT muddy or rattling like a 97' Cadillac on 7th ST. parked at the Circle K.
The earbuds them selfs are slippery at times. Thats why I also bought COMPLY T-140 FOAM TIPS. GREAT COMB!!
NOTE: if static builds up on your clothing the mesh tips inside the earphones will shock you. Its doesn't happen often but when it does, it hurts.
CONCLUSION: I would not trade them for anything! I love my Apple Earphones!!
