I own this and the earlier version - C309. Print quality is excellent on both, color accuracy for photos quite good. HP has really improved their installation software over the last few years. Brother used to be much better at this, but now, HP installation is fairly foolproof. Wireless network discovery works well. The ePrint function is free and actually works! I've printed from a iPhone and from my wireless laptop via the internet. Pretty cool. The big bugaboo is still the cost of ink. Cartridges are ridiculously expensive for their volume. Don't routinely use this printer for b&w documents! Use a cheap laser printer instead. Save this printer for only for documents that REALLY must be in color.Scanning: works, but the interface is a littly klunky. Also, you have to pay close attention to the destination folder of the scans, or you won't know where to find them. Not a horrible problem - just set up your scan destination folder in a place where you'll intuitively be able to find it, then set the scanning software to send scans to that folder.Did I mention cost of ink? Each 11 cc cartridge comes out to 3600 bucks per gallon!!!

Comments about HP / Hewlett Packard Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer:
I got this model as a recommended replacement to my old HP Photosmart C6380. It's a great printer, but I was very disappointed to find out it doesn't have a built in ethernet port. Wireless is the only option to attach it to a network. I should have read the specs more closely.

Used to scan photos to save on discs and restoration. Printer head needed manual cleaning during first week, and not much printing was done.

Comments about HP / Hewlett Packard Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer:
I was hesitant to buy this printer, based on the reviews it got.I couldn't pass up on the deal from b&h, at this price it was worth the gamble. When I got it, had no trouble setting it up, especially connecting to my wi-fi. The only problem was that it wouldn't copy or scan, even after going through hp help line. [...]. Am still happy with the product.

I have only had the printer setup for about a week, but I already like how it prints and what I can/will be able to do with it.
Setup was not real easy, even had to call HP support. HP support was quick and helpful and the problem was solved.

Great connectivity! I had it printing from my wireless network within 10 minutes out of the box. 15 minutes later I was printing from my Blackberry Bold. The photo prints were amazing as were regular documents. The 4.3" touchscreen display is very nice and easy to use for controling the printer as well as accessing web apps (very useful). I recommend this printer to anyone who wants to connect wirelessly and from their smartphones. B&H's price beat the next best [...] by $20. I am glad I found you!

Comments about HP / Hewlett Packard Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer:
We use this printer at home for personal items like scan photos, print photos, and documents. The print quality is excellent. We replaced a similar HP all-in-one printer that was damaged by an electric surge. We love HP printers. Setup could be better documented but is ease to follow. We had a BIOS problem with our computer and it took considerable effort to diagnose and correct this with the help of HP Support, but once this was done everything was great. I would recommend that you check for a BIOS update for your computer prior to starting the installation process.

Comments about HP / Hewlett Packard Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer:
I use the printer to print out a lot of word documents and A LOT of 4x6 photos.
The printer prints great quality photo's in a very quick amount of time, many people complain that it's too noisy, that it wastes to much ink, and that they are having trouble with the wireless staying connected. I can say from first hand experience that I have been nothing but overjoyed since the purchase of this printer, it does everything that a printer of its caliber should do and more. Good job HP!
