Sony MHS-TS10 4GB Bloggie Touch Camera (Silver)
The MHS-TS10 4GB Bloggie Touch Camera is one of Sony's 2010 Bloggie offerings. With a boldly different take on their popular pocket camcorder, Sony presents a 3" touch screen cam that carries up to 4GB, or 2 hours, of HD video. The Bloggie also doubles as a point-and-shoot digital camera - capturing digital stills up to 12.8MP in size.
What else do you need to know about the Bloggie Touch, you ask? Well, this go-round the Bloggie is slightly more than a simple point-and-shoot camcorder. SteadyShot image stabilization helps to reduce camera shake and blur, while face detection ensures that everyone looks their best. Additionally, the 3" touch screen rotates its orientation and utilizes the touch and slide method for searching through your videos and photos. The camera also features 4x digital zoom for the ability to move in on somewhat distant subjects, and the ability to shoot macro (aka - extreme close-up) photos.
When you're done shooting and ready to share the Bloggie Touch has pre-loaded software that starts up automatically upon connection with a compatible PC. The software also allows you to tag your videos and stills in-camera for sharing on social media sites. And should you feel the need to share your footage on the big screen just connect the Touch to your HDTV via the HDMI connection.

It was given to me complimentary for buying a Sony Vaio notebook but I really didn't like it. I is difficult to use and the quality of the camera for taking photos is no good I'm afraid!

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He had previously had another brand and the two he went through didn't last even a year each. And he is great with his gadgets! Takes really good care of them. He was overall fed up with his experience with that brand and I knew he was researching other cameras/video recorders. He really likes how this one is a touch screen and can be held vertically or horizontally. Over all he has been really happy with it. The few comments he has made is that it takes a little bit to focus when using zoom, but he said that was pretty normal, and for some sounds (like at concerts) it depends on the music but can have some trouble picking up a really good quality sound. Other than that, he likes the picture capability combined with the recording capability!

simple to use, the product is compact and like the training manual...."theres nothing to it" on/ off buttons and touch screen features thats about as hard as it gets...I purchased this product as Im not likely to carry around a video camera and this product is the perfect size to slip into the handbag...thumb up!

My girlfriend has been wanting a hand held video recorder for quite some time. I was stuck between the flip and the bloggie and a couple others. I finally decided on the Bloggie Touch and am very pleased with the decision. It takes better photos than her digital camera and the hd videos are amazing as well. it shoots well in low light and is just overall a very nice video recorder/camera. Highly recomended!

I use it for snowboarding trips and going out. The camera has a f/2.8 lens that can go into lower lighted areas without much grain or noise in the shot. Lastly, this was the best 1080p device for the size and weight.
