Ricoh Aficio SP C232SF Color Laser Multifunction Printer

The desktop Aficio SP C232SF Color Laser Multifunction Printer is a compact and cost-effective solution for the small work group or home office. With the option to setup a network via Ethernet or connect to a single machine using the USB 2.0 jack, the C232SF is a versatile unit. Additionally, expandability options such as the option to attach additional paper trays for increased paper capacity make the C232SF a MFP that can grow with your business.

Print, copy, scan, and fax in color and B/W. The printer has a maximum print resolution of 2400 x 600 dpi and has a standard capacity of 251 sheets of paper. Optional paper trays increase paper capacity to 751 sheets. The C232SF also features 21 pages-per-minute color and B/W output. Paper up to 8.5 x 14" in size, and other media such as envelopes, labels, and gloss paper can be printed on as well.

The copier aspect of the C232SF features functions like ID copy, electronic sorting, and color density adjustment, among many others. The copier puts out a first copy in 30 seconds; and it produces 21 color and B/W copies-per-minute for single page documents. When producing multiple page documents the copier can create 10 color copies-per-minute, and 20 B/W copies-per-minute

The scanner produces both full-color and B/W images at 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. It scans color in approximately 10 seconds and B/W in 5. The scan area, using the auto document feeder, is up to 8.5 x 14". Additional features of the scanner include TWAIN/WIA, scan-to-email, scan-to-folder, and scan-to-FTP, among others.

The fax features a Super G3 transmission speed, which translates into approximately 3 seconds per page. In fine mode the fax produces 200 x 200 dpi pages. Scanning speed is approximately 5 seconds per page. The fax has a memory of 100 pages and a backup memory of 1 hour. Additional features include auto redial, auto answer, error correction mode, and image reduction, among many others.
