The Hitachi L47X03A 47" Multisystem LCD TV with its glossy black finish and full HD 1920 x 1080 display will look great in any room of your house, no matter where you live.
This TV can receive video signals in the NTSC (M), PAL (B/G, D/K, I) and SECAM (B/G, D/K) standards and its international 110-240V AC, 50/60 Hz power supply means it will work in most countries of the world. It's no slacker on the high definition scene either. It can handle 720p (50/60), 1080i (50/60) and 1080p (24/50/60). That "24" after 1080p means this TV can handle HD signals over its HDMI inputs from compatible Blu-ray disc players that can play back at 24fps (frames per second). That's the way movies are shot and meant to be viewed. The result is a smoother, more cinematic experience free of the "judder" that can show up in conventionally presented DVDs and Blu-ray discs.
Beyond conventional and HD TV of multiple types this is also a great TV to hook up to your favorite gaming console. That's because the set's high speed 4ms response time is ideal for fast paced video games. There's even a USB Photo port for sharing slide shows with your friends.
