Anybody who uses two radio mics with a video camera knows that the grief you get from having two gadgets to mount and all the batteries to buy is a major problem.
This kit is great because it solves that problem and allows me to add the other components if I don't want to use tie-clip microphones.
It only loses a star because there are higher-end products with superior sound quality.

I've been using this 330LT mic system for a few months now, and it has been nothing but problems!! Audio always cuts out during shoots which makes this very unreliable. Have tried changing channels, setting one at high end and one at low end of frequency, etc, etc! If you plan to use this for professional video, stay away from this and spend more money on Audio Technica ATW-1821 system or better. This mic would be great for your home movies where audio cut-outs are acceptable, for shooting out in the field professionally, this Azden system will just be a waste of your time!

Comments about Azden 330LT UHF On-Camera Dual Bodypack System:
We intend to use this product for interviews and basically needed a mic system we could take with us on location. I have tested this out only in my home, so no knowledge of windnoise issues, but it worked great in the house and had decent range before dropout. I would not try using this from too far away. Sound was clean and clear.

Comments about Azden 330LT UHF On-Camera Dual Bodypack System:
We purchased the 330 UHF Dual Bodypack system for use with our video shoots. Upon receiving the product we had some issues regarding proper installation and required performance with the product when connected to the camera. Essentially we could not get both channels to function properly and talent was getting testy as we fiddled. Not being sure if we were actually doing everything correctly we decided to call Azden directly and request assistance. They were available, very helpful, very professional, and their assistance made our shoot successful. Our stress level reduced considerably as we were now able to perform our shoot and successfully accomplish the job. The product has performed as required and the technical support brought it all together for us!

I'm a video producer that make video for business clients. I need to have flexibility that wireless affords in different environments that this multi channel system gives me. I get clean, clear audio. Recently on a shoot I was doing an interview and when I took off my headphones at the conclusion, there was a radio playing softly in another room that I couldn't hear on the lav mic.
The only negative about this product I've found yet is the lav mic clip design if flawed. The plastic clip that hold the mic is on the front of the alligator clip which causes problems when you mic talent.

Comments about Azden 330LT UHF On-Camera Dual Bodypack System:
We do two-person interviews from time to time, and wanted a wireless mic system to bring the audio to our video camera. This allowed us to eliminate the wires that normally would have been needed for doing this, and cleaned up the set nicely. One problem we noticed was that the hot shoe mount is a standard size, and the camcorder we have had the smaller hot shoe mount, so we were unable to mount it to the video camera in the way it was intended to. So, we removed the hot shoe mount from the receiver and used the enclosed sticky velcro to mount it to the DXA-SLR Audio Adapter. Clean, compact, and no wires! Great!

I have had this unit for only a short time however, in that time I have used the system on my Canon HV30 and my Sony HDR-FX7 camcorders with great success.
This system is exceptional, especially considering the price. I do recommend this system to anyone interested in quality.

Had this rig figured out and up and running within 30 minutes of opening the box, easy to set up. Audio quality pretty good up to 30-40 metres.
Acceptable sound in moderate wind. Best results in close with no wind. A great mid-level product for ENG, events, interview set ups.

Comments about Azden 330LT UHF On-Camera Dual Bodypack System:
Used last weekend for the first time. Range was good 75+ feet and simple to set up. Would have got 5 stars but few little things:
1 - windscreens are real scratchy on clothing. Really had to watch how my subjects moved so it would not pick up the noise.
2 - The receiver has the camera mount which is great unless you have a light on the camera(which we did)would be nice to have a belt clip for this as well so you don't have to fit in your pockets
Overall happy with my choice to buy this. I also ordered the xlr adapter to use with the system as well. Case is nice with pre cut out foam so everything is secure.

I was concerned with this mic at first, but after using it I am happy. I like the fact that you have 2 transmitters with one receiver. This is handy as I don't have multipul items mounted to my camera. The quality is great. The negaitive would have to be that the mic and wind screen are a little larger than I am used to making it harder to hide.

I was converned with this system, but did not have a lot of money. I liked the fact that you have two transmitters with one reciever. I have used it several times and really like it. Great sound quality. It takes a minute to learn how to set each transmitter on different freqs but once done I have had no issues. The nagative is that the mic is a little larger than I am used to an a little harder to hide.

the audio is average. but to be expected for this price point. i need a system where i could mic up to four people on just two xlr ports - didn't need a mixer. perfect for a web series...it lacks on range.

Comments about Azden 330LT UHF On-Camera Dual Bodypack System:
I am quite pleased with this product. I have just started using this wireless microphone kit with my Zoom H4n digital audio recorder and I really like the way they work together. Transmission distance and sound quality are good for what I need. This kit suplements my camera shotgun microphones very well.
The set is light weight and compact. It has multiple channels to work from between the transmitters and the receiver. Each transmitter is also adjustable for volume, which allows me to balance the transmitter signal levels to better match at the receiver and my digital audio recorder.
Note, if you are new to using these transmitters, make sure to set each transmitter to a different channel frequency and adjust the receiver channels to match the respective transmitter frequencies. My set arrived with both transmitters and receiver channels all set to the same frequency. This made each lav microphone compete with each other to reach the receiver. (the sound with both transmitters on the same frequency is not good) Once I set the transmitters to different frequencies and adjusted the receiver channels to match each respective transmitter frequency, this system works very well.

This was purchased with the hopes it would simplify multi talent recording for location documentary work. It is a lightweight, no frills design with decent audio but the sound drops out frequently even when the receiver is close to talent. Maximum transmission range appeared to be less than 50 feet making it useless in our situation.

We have just brought our show production in-house versus using a local TV station to produce our 1/2 hour program. We purchased this audio system based upon its price in comparison to the options it has. We will be in the field some, so the ability to choose a channel to record on in case of interference is a great plus. The 330LT UHF will be used on a Sony HDR AX2000 camera...great low profile audio for the small frame camera. I have not encountered any cons as of yet and don't know that I really will. Pretty straight forward system that will,I am sure, do its intended job.

I was gone use this in a cocking TV-show, but it does'nt work as it should. Well, one of the senders works 90% of the time, but the other one cuts out every now and then, and gives a high bang when it comes back.[...]
