Used this product for short films and weddings and it works great. Adds great utility to my DSLR shoots in which I need more stability. A little front heavy with a dslr, but a counterweight would eliminate this issue. Great stability and function. Definitely a must for serious DSLR cinematographers.

Its easy to install .I used it with my canon 5d and it works very good . when I needed to use mattebox and follow focus I was changed position of the carbon rails 20" with the carbon rails 12" . Its better on shoulder ,and the shoulder pad is useful to put weights to get balance on the head of tripod

This rig can be configured in many ways, is lighter than the competition and the thing I like the most is the way the cage protects the camera. I'm using it with my Lumix GH2 and my NEX FS-100 as well.
The handles are not so tight and there would be good if they could just be put on the front low rods (optional) but for the money is the best you'll find.

I use this with my Canon 7D. I've purchased an extra Manfrotto quick release plate so that I can quickly change from tripod, glidetrack, monopod, glidecam, or this shoulder shooter. It's a great piece of equipment to add to your collection of professional gear. It feels great and allows for many attachments to be installed. I switched the rods so that the longer ones are on the bottom. I personally like that setup better.

The rig is awesome but a few parts were a mystery- no directions included- all in all we figured it out! The parts seem well constructed and light weight! We are using it with our 5d markii and monitors to film our feature length horror film!
