The Dovetail Mounting Plate from Coronado enables a Coronado PST, SolarMax or SolarMax II Telescope to safely and securely be mounted to a Meade LXD75 Schmidt-Newtonian or Schmidt-Cassegrain German equatorial mount (GEM). Two included screws facilitate the easily accomplished mounting.
It is constructed of machined aluminum. The plate attaches to the quick-release mechanism on the LXD75 mount head which allows for quick and easy removal of the telescope. It includes mounting bolts for the Coronado SM, SM II series and PST. It can also be used by an amateur telescope maker or individual who has an existing optical tube which would be suitable for use on the Meade LXD75 GEM mount.
The mounting plate carries a full one year manufacturer's limited warranty.
