The Ketron KLAVI Pro Piano Sound Module is compact and powerful with 12 meticulously sampled piano voices that are well suited for the studio or stage. Some of the internal presets include 2x Grand Pianos, Electric Piano, 2x FM Pianos and more. The KLAVI Pro also features 64 notes of polyphony, a volume control slider, reverb and chorus effects, MIDI In and Thru, as well as stereo and headphone output jacks.

the only problem i have with this machine is that i wish the chorus and reverb effects could be easier to control on the module.
nevertheless if you're a musician who likes to travel light but worries about being able to have quality piano and rhodes sound everywhere you go. you might want to get yourself one of these Klavi Pro modules. the sounds are fantastic. i have a motif, Gem rpx and i feel comfortable going out on some of my gigs and jams with only my Klavi pro and not regretting that i had left all my other sythesizers at home.
the sounds are clear and powerfull, very expressive, sorta unique, and just enough if you're doing a classical, jazz, latin blues, r&b gig.
it has only keboard and acoustic sounds: no strings, no organs, or lead. but for size and quality i would say a big YES......
i'm very please with this miniature beast....

The Ketron KlaviPro is simply amazing. I have a Pro Logic controller that i plug the KlaviPro into, and it is the best piano sound I have ever heard, fatter than the Roland Fantom and cleaner than the Korg Triton. I am very impressed with the overall performance of the module. The additional sounds that come with the module, such as the FM pianos and electric pianos, are incredible as well. I would highly recommend this item for any jazz, blues, or classical musicians.
