This picture frame is easy to set up and reads pictures of any size easily and fits them to the frame. It has random which allows you to keep adding pictures to the sd card and not worry about the order.
My only gripe is the display size. It is advertised as a 10.2 inch display but it is only 9.5 inches on diagonal. For the price, I wanted the larger size.

Bought this for my wife to view her travel photos without a hastle. I already own a Sony 9" frame, which I thought was excellent. Because I enjoyed it so much I decided to get a larger model. I wasn't prepared for the difference - with the increased resolution and TruBlack screen, the images just jump out at you. There is so much detail, and the colors are just amazing! I have it on my desk to view the places I have visited - it's just like being there again. And it has some other cool features which I haven't really used yet, like being able to view video and panoramas. There might be some other products that have more features and so on, but if you want the best image quality, this is the one!
The only thing I don't like about it is the stand - you can't adjust it up or down. The colors look better to me if it is tilted a little more, so I had to go out and buy one of those desktop picture frame easels for about $10. Not a big deal, but for the money you'd think they could design a nice tiltable stand.

After due diligence (including physically viewing competitive products on retail shelves), I chose this frame primarily because it looked so slick and modern (compared to others whose simulated wood finish just looked very cheap).
Sony doesn't disappoint in terms of quality, workmanship, and ease of use, either.
My main purpose in buying this was to display short home videos, so I was looking for a frame that would do a good job displaying HD video. This one does, using MP4 compression (while others only offer motion JPEG, for instance).
The 2 gigs of internal memory is ample, even for short videos.
I'd like to see the following additional features:
1. It is a bit awkward to connect a USB key or cable. Perhaps orienting the plug differently might help
2. It might be nice to have the option of a white frame in addition to the jet black
3. Given that there is so much internal memory, and that it is somewhat awkward to connect to the USB port, it would be useful to be able to upload pictures to different directories and then to be able to change slide show programs with the remote (as it is now, the frame plays ALL the pictures in its memory or on the USB key).
All in all, though, an excellent product that fits in with any home decor but would also be slick enough to fit into a commercial environment (hairdresser salon, waiting rooms, etc., etc.)
