The Comply Whoomp! Earbud Enhancers from Hearing Components allow you to convert your standard Apple iPod or iPhone earbuds into in-ear headphones. The caps snap onto your earbuds and have soft open-cell foam tips that provide a snug and comfortable fit. The in-ear fit helps to improve audio quality and bass response, and provides enhanced stability during physical activity.
Note! Fits most round earbuds 16-17mm in diameter. Earbuds not included.

These "earbud enhancers" do solve the problem of Apple's infamous earbuds that fit almost no one's ears. They work exactly as advertised, and the sound is great!
BUT, if you walk around like I do while listening to music, the enhancers will sooner or later detach from the earbuds, a very annoying occurrence. I finally attached them with Super-Glue and this seems to have solved the problem.
This is a good product for the money, but I would only recommend it for stationary listening.
