Boris FX Continuum 3-Way Color Grade Unit (Win)

The Boris Continuum 3-Way Color Grade Unit (Win) is a professional-level color grading tool that edits images in real time. The filter features tools such as a primary color and luma control, power window matte and masking system with motion tracking, inside/outside color grading, HSL keyer, exposure adjustment, and a built-in compare mode that allows for easy editing.

The primary color and luma control uses independent color wheels and luma sliders which control hue, saturation, and luminance in the bright, mid, and dark regions of the image. The Continuum 3-Way Color Grade Unit has a built-in power window matte and masking system uses the filter's power mask and motion trackers that automatically reposition the mask so that the correction remains locked to the person's face which allows for color adjustments to an isolated and a tracked object. AE spline masks can also be imported directly into the filter. An egg-shape power mask with two sets of color correction controls allows you to highlight a person's face and darken the background simultaneously.

Isolation of an individual color of the image while keeping other colors intact is obtained using the HSL keyer. The filter also enables fine-level exposure control which can globally lighten or darken an image by setting f-stops in the slider control. The Continuum 3-Way Color Grade Unit uses a side-by-side view or a live split-screen view to compare a filtered and an unfiltered image using a built-in compare mode.

The Continuum 3-Way Color Grade Unit supports NLE software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
