If you have an Intuos4, buy it!
Very good when you need to travel with your Intuos4 tablet. But a specific place/partition to store the pen/mouse/other accessories without pressing the tablet would be great.

This is the perfect case for your intuos4 med. I got this case for traveling, needed protection for my tablet. Fits perfectly in the case and is well protected. It would be even better if it had a specific pocket for the pen. But well worth the money.

I bought this item for my Intuos 5 medium tablet. Wacom told me that the size is the same. It says Intuos 4 on the case but that doesn't matter; it isn't obvious anyway. My tablet fits. The case itself is very nice looking. It appears to be well constructed. And it provides a bit of protection for the tablet.

If all you want this case for is the tablet, and you have another bag you can put the accessories in, then this is a good case. The elastic band that holds the pen is too small. Even using force, I can't get the pen in. The interior pockets will hold the cord and mouse, but no space is available for the pen holder. You could just fit it in with the cord, but the case isn't big enough as far as depth goes. I may keep it just because I do need a sleeve for my tablet, and can put the accessories in my laptop bag. Still, it's a disappointment that everything doesn't fit, especially because it's Wacom making a case for a tablet that they produce. One other thing, it is soft inside. It's like tricot or similar feeling material.

I wish it had a tiny bit more padding; but, that said, the trim profile will fit into my laptop bag so maybe it's better that it isn't thicker. There is a loop for the pen. The base will have to go elsewhere in the laptop bag. I recommend this case if you need to travel with your tablet. I tried putting the pen into a regular pen elastic loop in my laptop bag. It didn't fit and when I tried to remove the pen, it sort of exploded. Pieces flew all over the place. So, for the cost of this bag, you can prevent a much more costly problem and protect your tablet!

Love that it fits all the stuff that came with my Intuos4. The only thing is the loop for the pen is about tight fit but it still works...you have to insert it from the narrower side.

I like this case it doesn't feel cheep like so many things at this price. It had nice pockets on the in side it holds the cord and a few other things. It has a pen holder right inside the zipper so its easy and you don't have to go looking in the pockets to find the pen.

When I travel with my tablet I store it in the soft case inside my camera bag. The tablet fits nicely in the case. It will not protect the tablet from a direct impact, but it will protect it from dust and the elements and minor bumps. As in the name it is soft so it is not intended to be real rugged. For me its great. One drawback is that I have not figured out how to store the stylus base securely.
