The Lowepro S&F Light Utility Belt (Black) is designed as a flexible, segmented utility belt with 4 parts. The segments slide independently around the main 50mm webbing for easy access, comfort and load adjustment. Up to 10 SlipLock compatible pouches or cases can be added or subtracted. The inventive segment attachment system allows wearing the parts in multiple ways. The removable and adjustable shoulder strap is used to help stabilize a heavy load or to independently carry a bag. The belt has a cable-friendly design that allows cables or wires to be threaded through the belt for secure cable or wire management.

Well, I'm 6'1" and 170#. Maybe a 32'' waist. I need to tighten the belt as far as it will go and use the three pads that come with it. If you have a smaller waist size you will have to use the shoulder strap. Takes a little adjustment to get the belt from turning as you move around. It is pretty comfortable and very useful once you get it figured out. On a side note, you can use Think Tank pouches with it too. I have a Think Tank Glass Taxi that works with this belt. Spider Pro holsters work with it too.

Securing a top loader or shoulder bag with this belt certainly increases the carrying comfort and also increases safety when a wildly moving shoulder bag could cause harm. The sliding attachments helps to easily move your bags around your waist - however, I wished that it would be much easier to attach a bag to these attachments. It is quite a cumbersome process and therefore not full mark, I am sorry to say.

This utility belt is well constructed. These clips that attach to their Lowepro vest are metal which I thought initially were plastic which really makes it durable. The shoulder strap that came with is a bonus because it can be useful when you don't want your hips carrying that heavy weight. The feel of the paddings are really excellent and comfortable. Thanks again Lowepro for a product that is worth having.

This is a great product, It's just as I expected, but, to get all the features of this product, be sure to buy the Lowepro accesories (for example: lens cases). I definitely will buy this product again.

Comments about Lowepro S&F Light Utility Belt:
When I do walking or bus tours I bring the 5Dii with grip, 2 lenses, phone and water. I can put all this gear on the belt as long as the Lowepro item opens at the back. Too bad cannot use my several loop only Lowepro cases without having to go through a long process to add and remove. Overall, I enjoy the support the belt provides.

Comments about Lowepro S&F Light Utility Belt:
I hate carrying a camera (or binoculars) around my neck or over my shoulders where they wack things, might get damaged and give me neck and shoulder aches. Through the years I've used several waist belts but this is the best. It is light weight, padded for comfort and the sliding segments make it very flexible. It can even take non-Lowepro attachments so it is ultimately flexible... all at a reasonable cost! If you think a belt system would fit your needs, definitely consider this one!

This belt is awesome! I love the capability of customizing the belt to fit my needs. I do a lot of photojournalism and wedding photography, and I needed something to carry my equipment without being in the way. This belt definitely meets my requirement. Very comfortable, lightweight, fits all sizes, and compatible with Lowepro Slip-Lock or similar accessories. Over all, an awesome product.

I shoot High School cheerleading and it's not always convenient to have a backpack. This belt and the attachments allow me to keep what I need handy.
