I record with my Q3-HD every once in a while (usually just audio), but when I do, it drains batteries like nobody's business (rechargeable batteries are particularly awful). The AC adapter is excellent for those long recording sessions when you need to make sure that you get a good take in without running out of batteries.
The carrying case is a little snug, but that doesn't bother me too much, as it serves its protective purpose.
The wind screen is okay. I tried using it as a pop filter while recording my own voice, but my plosives still significantly stuck out. I have had more success recording vocals by pulling a sock over the mics. I have not tested the wind screen outdoors in windy conditions.

Really, some of these items should have been included with the Zoom Q3HD purchase, such as the AC Adapter, windscreen and case. The mini-tripod is okay, but the Zoom feels a bit top-heavy on it when connected. I can see the windscreen falling apart after about 6-12 months usage. The case lightly padded, and you have to be careful when zipping or unzipping as not to catch the Zoom strap in the zipper or to have the case flop open unexpectedly when opening.

The accessories come in handy, specifically the ac adapter since the Zoom drains batteries very quickly. The little tripod was nice, but broke within 5 mins... but can still be used.

This was a great little package. It has just about everything you could want except a case to carry all of the accessories. However, the quality is less than desirable. The biggest complaint is that the fit of the Q3HD in the case is very tight. I'm not sure of the quality of the zippers either. Time will tell. The tripod is rather cheap as well. I gave it two starts because the price is only [$].
