Nice product. No software download required. Once the initial back up is completed, it automatically updates every few minutes (or so it claims). It says it updates every 5mins that your computer is idle but the "last back up" said it was completed over 2 days earlier.
Also, It stores your files into its own folders so you have to go a round-about way to figure out where exactly it stored your files... but once you find them once, you'll be fine.
Overall-- good product, great price, compact design and pretty simple to use!! I would recommend it any day. It does what it is supposed to do and is very simple to use. Click one button and you're good to go.
