First off...I ordered this hefty printer from B&H on a Monday...and it arrived to my apartment in just 2 days! Talk about fast shipping!
Secondly, this printer is a dream...efficient, great print quality, the ability to duplex...it does it all. I love being able to scan images straight to my computer without having to connect it via USB cable. The ADF tray makes copying a breeze. I don't know why I didn't get this printer sooner!

I purchased this copier to use for my small business. I wanted a color copier and needed one that could also do automatic 2-sided printing. I found it to be easy to use once I got used to the fact that "Duplex" = "2-sided". The print quality is excellent and its done a great job with my brochures and applications. Both are in color and 2-sided.
It appears that it cannot print envelopes for my mass mailings. I carefully tried to print an envelope with a strip and it put creases on the back of it. If I knew that it only could handle 3 "perfect" envelopes at a time I might not have purchased it.
Other Laser Printers I've owned have allowed me to print one mailing label on the sheet and then reuse the sheet. The instructions for this copier say that if I only need to print one label I have to trash the entire sheet or risk ruining the printer.

I have had my MFC for a week now and I love it.The duplexing feature is great and the color is high quality. It is not photo quality but I did not expect a laser to be photo quality.Great of fliers. It is slightly difficult to stick my big hand in and pull out the copied or printed material but I have no suggestions on how to make it better.
