The Camera Operator runs the camera while the 1st Assistant Camera (Focus Puller) normally adjusts focus while shooting. The 2nd Assistant Camera takes care of where actors stand, slating, film stock, equipment and lab duties.
Key Grip handles the set up of camera, lights, dollies and various other gear.
