The Production Coordinator handles many things. He is responsible for all logistical aspects of the film - travel permits, paperwork, office work, script distribution, call sheets and schedules. Generally work with the Production Manager.
The Head (or Key) Make-Up Artist handles the dispensing of make-up to all actors on the set.
