This scanning dynamo is designed to handle batch scanning for up to 200 documents at a time via its built-in Automatic Document Feeder/ADF. It will deliver single pass, simplex or duplex scans at speeds up to 50 pages per minute with optical resolutions up to 600 dpi!
With customizable scan settings and a wide range of document scanning capabilities from 4.0 x 6.0"/A6, to 11.7 x 16.5"/A3, this office assistant is a key component to a steady and productive workflow. It boasts a whopping daily duty cycle of 5000 pages so you can be assured of steady production with very few interruptions. Plus, you can confidently scan every page of large jobs thanks to ultrasonic double-feed detection which alerts you when two pages are fed in for scanning at the same time.
This scanning workhorse comes with a productivity software bundle which includes IRIS Readiris Pro OCR software to convert your digital files into editable text as well as image enhancement software that ensures each scan is readable with professional accuracy. Also included is powerful enhancement software for precision images, and drivers for seamless integration with most popular document management applications.
An integrated ink imprinter allows for customization by printing a page number, character string or distinguishable mark on the back of scanned hard-copy pages and supports date, time, document count and custom messages up to 40 characters so your originals remain just as organized as your digital files.
