The AverMedia 16-channel Hybrid Embedded Linux DVR offers support for streaming H.264 / MPEG4 / MJPEG video formats. It features an intelligent GUI design that allows local site preview and playback from hybrid DVR directly, and supports numerous users with different authority for operate, control, and remote access.
Featuring individually adjustable channel frame rate, the DVR supports CIF, Half D1, and D1 recording resolution for NTSC and PAL resolutions and for IP cameras. The 16-channel Hybrid Embedded Linux DVR is compatible with all major brands of IP cameras for resolutions up to 1920x1200 (2.3MP), and extends support up to 5MP on 1 channel. It also supports numerous users with different authority for operate, control, and remote access.
Offering simultaneous support for 4 SATA and 1 eSATA hard disks for storage, the 16-channel Hybrid Embedded Linux DVR uses Gigabit LAN for a high speed network connection (POS integration). It offers 16 audio inputs, 1 audio output, and 1 microphone input with 2 outputs for spot-monitors, and a 16 channel loop through feature for analog signals. An E-map shows the positions of cameras, sensors, and relays attached to the system, and offers remote software integration with CM3000/CM3000 Gold, Remote Console, Web Viewer, PDA Viewer, and Java Viewer software.
The 16-channel Hybrid Embedded Linux DVR features 2 ports for RS485 and RS232 signals (PTZ control), 3 USB front ports while using a keyboard, USB mouse, and remote control interface for user control. It provides an array of recording options such as continuous, smart, motion, alarm, and manual that can be triggered by a schedule. It also offers video search (Date / Time / Event / Camera) and visual search.
