The Digigram AQONDA8 Ethernet Audio Bridge would be commonly referred to as a "digital snake" with 8 analog inputs and outputs on 3-pin XLR connectors, capable of both microphone and line level signal. The AQONDA8 uses Ethernet connections to and from digital consoles, additional bridges and other gear, in order to create a loss-less digital signal path for live sound, broadcast and recording applications. The AQONDA8 is remotely programmable, capable of microphone and line level switching, phantom power, various routing configurations and more. Digigram's high quality converters are capable of 44.1 and 48kHz sampling rates.

- Through the very same ES-Giga network link, transport up to 512 audio signals plus the control and monitoring data for the entire system. Don't be afraid of sharing your network with the lighting guys. The system is designed to give audio the top priority, whatever happens with the other encapsulated data
- Compatibility with existing EtherSound Setups
- While ES-Giga compatibility makes this EtherSound audio bridge future-proof, it is also perfectly compatible with existing ES-100 setups. A simple switch on the back panel will turn this ES-Giga workhorse into a regular ES-100 interface with no compatibility restrictions.
