Cinevate Inc DSLR Core Package

The Cinevate Inc DSLR Core Package includes the Durus Follow Focus, the Titan Swing Away matte box, the Proteus "Shorty" rails system with two 11.8" (30cm) 15mm wide solid carbon rails, 3 follow focus gear rings, 3 gear spoke kits, and a tripod base plate.

With three 0.8 pitch gears, dry-erase focus ring, and 1:1 gear ratio, the Durus Follow Focus offers precise focusing of lenses. The focus marking ring, attached magnetically, allows multi-angle viewing of images. In addition to an adjustable focusing head, it also has a sealed internal gear set and bearing assembly that ensures seamless movement and zero lash. Computer-machined from 3 aluminum billets, the unit is mountable in any direction and at any height.

The Titan Swing Away matte box consists of 2 rotating 4 x 4 frames, 3 shoe mounts, top & side flags, and mounting points for 15mm rail blocks. Made with a CNC machined aluminum frame, the unit has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 40 lb. By attaching extra rails over the top of the rig, you can create a height-adjustable cage for the camera. To avoid any unauthorized access to the camera, the kit is equipped with a safety locking feature.

The Proteus "Shorty" rails system includes a height-adjustable base plate and two 11.8" (30cm) carbon fiber 15mm rails. The base plate is devoid of any shims and protrusions, and offers perfect balance to any tripod head.
