The Bretford LAPTMR2 Automatic Laptop Timer (Black) is designed for Bretford Laptop carts. It mounts inside the door of the LAP18, LAP24 or LAP30 notebook carts. UL states that the maximum number of notebook computers that may be safely charged from the same electrical circuit is 15. It switches current from one notebook cart electrical bank to the other providing up to 4 hours charging time per electrical unit, allowing all notebooks to be charged from the same electrical circuit. It plugs into the timer which is then plugged into a standard wall outlet. It is UL Listed with a 7.0’ power cord. The power cord comes out of the bottom of the timer and requires an additional 2.0" minimal clearance. Power cords from the electrical units plug into the side panels of the LAPTMR2 timer unit.
