The Kensington AssistOne Handsfree Car Device is designed to allow handsfree talking, charging and holding any Apple iPhone, using Voice Activation in a car. It has a Bluetooth V2 connection that pairs easily with an iPhone for wireless calling and media playback. Voice Activation allows answering or declining a call and it launches the Voice Control to place a call or launch. A flexible arm holds the iPhone securely, even when in a case. It amplifies sound for turn-by-turn directions and podcasts. It has built-in mono speakerphone and a noise and echo canceling microphone.

Nice device. Unfortunately mine was not working well so I asked for a replacement. The tech support was very helpful and sent me a return prepaid UPS label. I sent the unit back and I am waiting for a replacement. I will update when I get the replacement...

First of all, it does not hold my iPhone (which is in a case) as advertised. It keeps falling out. Second of all, the speaker is not loud enough and couldn't used the microphone. Thirdly, the bluetooth isn't as fast as the phone when using it as a GPS. I would pass the street up before the bluetooth was able to report what the phone said. Very inconvenient. However, the way the AssistOne attatches to the car was very nice.

It's just a clumsy holder made of a cheap plastic material.
The micropbone on the back is useless when you put the device in attached to The vents.
Microphone is always useless.
Sound is poor, and works in a very low speed when you try to activate voice control.
Is a expesive device for the price you pay.
Activation vía voice is useless to.
