Since the camera did not come with a printed instruction manual, this has been very handy to carry in my bag as a reference. I have been able to quickly find out how to use all functions of my new camera. Because it contains so much info in a small space, the writing is very tiny and difficulty to read at times.

For a small camera with plenty of features, a cheat sheet is a great idea. This is packed with reference information - more along the lines of reminder hints. You have to know what and why you are looking for something to truly benefit from this cheat sheet. It will take time to memorize the location of the areas of information - like "chapters" in a book, rather than using an index or table of contents.
Nice touch that the area's are colour coded too - for example: metering, settings, flash etc. And the page is laminated.
HOWEVER - would be so much more convenient if it could be folded to the size of the camera for ease of carrying it with you. Let's face it, small camera - won't need a big camera bag. This laminated sheet will not fit into my LowePro bag (the Apex 110 AW) without ruining it to fold it again. Or perhaps a booklet format would have been easier to use. I'd been willing to pay twice the price for such! So the size for me personally - will be cumbersome to keep with the camera itself.

The G12 is extremely easy to use. The function menu gives a nice description of each mode, so even if you dont know anything about photography you can always get a good shot.
The camera is not too bulky so you can easy still fit it in your handbag.
The camera has some real cool functions that lets you experiment with your photography.
In low light the camera still makes a very clear bright picture without having to use the flash.
There is nothing that is not good about this camera.

It lives up to it's claim. A great little cheat sheet. Very handy, printed on both sides, trifold, easy to reference. My only complaint is the print is s little too small for my older eyes.

Since Canon has gone "green" they no longer include the complete user guide. It's only available on the included CD-ROM. Canon does include the Getting Started Manual which gives you a overview of the camera. But, for a more detailed explanation is where Bert's Cheat Sheet shines. The Cheat Sheet is a laminated tri-fold double-sided user guide. Fits nicely in my camera bag. No more dog-eared manual pages to contend with.
