At this moment I am in shooting in Italy and the OWC mini drive is working flawlessly. Small and compact with plenty of storage (1TB). The bus power is perfect for being on location where there is no AC power. Could not ask for more. Plus B+H pricing and quick delivery is the icing on the cake.

I partitioned the disk into two 500Gb – one for my iMac and one for my MacBookPro.
I am using a disk cloning program to take weekly snapshots of them both to supplement my Time Machine backups.
The small compact size means I can take all my data with me when I go away foe a weekend secure knowing I have all I need and without worrying what would happen if there were some disaster at home.
