terrible to use...you must have two monitors..I have only one ..because I had purchased a new one about a year ago and I did not save the old one....the program requires two computers..to make the transfer..box did not tell me that at purchase

I found the software difficult to use; despite the video popups. Disabling security is a must! Not sure the value is seen - can transfer large disk content in one pass, though.
