The Bosch LTC 8782 Code Translator (Pelco RS-422 to Biphase) translates the received Pelco code to the corresponding commands in Bi-phase protocol, and provides 4 independent outputs along with full Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) code conversions. The Code Translator can be programmed by internal switches for supporting 4800 or 9600 baud in Pelco "P" code or 2400 baud in Pelco "D" code, for fixed or variable speed Biphase code generation, and to use Pelco "P" or "D" output code.
Removable screw terminal blocks are used for input and output connections. Front panel LEDs help to monitor module performance by indicating the data received, data transmitted, and power status. The LTC 8782 Code Translator receives power from a 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz power supply, and comes in an EIA 19" (48 cm) rack mount adapter that can carry up to 3 units.
