Interfit's Super Cool-lite 4 55 Two-Head Fluorescent Kit (120VAC) not only gives you soft, cool light in a compact kit, it uses 1/4 the energy of tungsten lights. The two Super Cool-lite heads each hold four 55W fluorescent bulbs balanced to "near daylight" 5200K. This 220W is equivalent to 900W of tungsten light, so the kit delivers a powerful 1800W of light without the heat. The two included 27" (70 cm) Octoboxes are ideal for the soft, nearly shadowless light often used for portraits and product photography. Two light stands, 2 power leads, and an informative educational DVD round out the kit. The lights are supplied for use with 120VAC.

Great kit overall. One of the bulbs was dead on arrival and there were no instructions in the box, none. The instructions from the Interfit were only adequate but after a false start or two once I got the idea setup was a breeze. The stands are not cheap but not heavy-duty either. B & H [...] was excellent and helped me through all issues. The ability to turn 2 of the 4 bulbs off to modify the amount of light is a nice touch.I'm a novice but for my intended use for indoor product photography I'm very happy with this kit and would buy it again.
