AverMedia XR8032 RACK Pure IP NVR

The AverMedia XR8032 RACK Pure IP NVR is a Windows-based network video recorder that features 32 audio and video channels providing support for up to 5 megapixel IP cameras, and a maximum total resolution of 42 megapixels per system. It supports Pan-Tilt-Zoom enabled IP cameras of more than 60 brands and allows PTZ control. IP video streams can be received at the local site by integrating the system anywhere on the network.

H.264 compression helps reduce video file sizes without compromising on the quality and integrity of images. The XR8032 NVR also supports MPEG4 and MJPEG compression, and has built-in IP camera I/O functions. You can view the recorded video on several devices such as laptops, cells phones and PDAs connected to the Internet.

The XR8032 provides easy access to system tools and has a compact GUI mode allowing display from up to 32 cameras. Alarms and notifications can be set for various functions and the sensitive playback controls allow video to be viewed frame-by-frame. The Attention Please feature helps maintain and assess operator performance.

It allows you to select any combination of channels to output with auto scan. It also supports up to 8 e-maps that display camera, sensor and relay positions. The XR8032 has a built-in intelligence feature that is triggered for certain events like video loss or HDD failure, motion detection, objects left or removed from monitored zones, sensor inputs and point-of-sale events.

Video Shield covers unwanted or restricted areas with an opaque digital shield. The system offers 500GB of storage space which is further expandable up to 6 HDD. An HDD calculator guides recording preferences by keeping track of the storage space.

The XR8032 allows you to do a parameter-based search for video by a date, time and event log file. Besides this, an advanced event log search can also be carried out by event, operation, system and network activities. Time search helps to browse through the video by moments. Visual search allows video to be broken down into thumbnails that can then be easily searched and analyzed in detail (hour/minute/second) to locate critical events. This video can then can be exported or bookmarked for easy access.

The XR8032 offers POS integration on every channel along with POS database, advanced data search and keywords that can trigger alarms and also offers two types of de-interlace methods for analog cameras that are optimized for static or dynamic scenes, and help to deliver smoother images. SDK can be used to create user-defined integrations. The built-in RS482 connector provides easy integration with many peripherals such as POS systems, PTZ controls and more.

Backup data can be easily transferred to flash memory, DVR-RW / CD-RW, external HDD, NAS, SAN and RAID enabled devices. iBackup software provides easy backup and playback. The XR8032 automatically starts backing up video when external storage devices are connected to it. Single images and segments can be exported to BMP files and AVI files respectively.

The iDispatch feature enables efficient remote access by multicasting video streams to drastically reduce network, camera and server loads. Connection speed of up to 512K or LAN can be predefined by the account administrator, and if not set, the user can choose any speed. The XR8032 supports remote backup of video, and also allows you to make changes to it from a remote system via the iSetup feature. Up to 256 user accounts can be managed by the XR8032, with each account having its own password and user privileges.
