The Bosch EX12LED-3BD-9W Black Diamond Infrared Illuminator (940nm, 60° Beam) delivers optimal night-time illumination, making it suitable for short-range indoor and outdoor surveillance. At a fraction of the power of a standard light bulb, the illuminator can enable day/night CCTV systems to produce clear imagery even in darkness.

With Black Diamond illumination technology, the infrared illuminator offers a wavelength of 940nm and provides a LED beam angle of 60° wide. An IR-control allows for adjustable infrared intensity, while a photocell-controlled operation delivers optimal performance at night and makes sensitivity adjustable.

The low-voltage illuminator draws power up to 9W, thus reducing power consumption and light pollution. With an enclosure made of black anodized aluminum, the compact cube illuminator measures 2.9 x 2.8 x 2.8” (74 x 70 x 70 mm) and includes a standard U-bracket that comes with ¼”-20 bolt. It is weather-resistant (NEMA4X-rated) and can deliver optimized performance in -58 to +140°F (-50 to +60°C).

When used with video analytics, the illuminator delivers sufficient light and offers enhanced accuracy, thus reducing false alarms. The EX12LED-3BD-9W Black Diamond Infrared Illuminator is ideal for use with analog and IP CCTV cameras.
