The Bosch EX40BH-DY Dummy Dome is an accessory for the EX40 Series Ultra Vandal-Proof Dome camera. It is a fake camera that looks authentic enough to fool would-be vandals and other criminals, and therefore, can act as an effective crime deterrent. The Dummy is a half-tint dome with a black base. It is meant to be used in conjunction with the real EX40 Series Ultra Vandal-Proof Dome camera, to give the illusion of multiple cameras--thus creating a cost-effective crime deterrent solution.
