The AV Toolbox 1T-PCDVI-PCDVI Video Scaler accepts PC generated RGB signals (up to WUXGA), HD component signals (up to 1080p), and DVI signals (up to WUXGA), and scales them to a DVI or PC output of resolution from 480i through 1080p/WUXGA@60Hz.
Equipped with dual, high quality scaling engines, the 1T-PCDVI-PCDVI Video Scaler uses an 8-bit triple-ADC/Phase Locked Loop for analog to digital conversion. It features an integrated DVI/HDCP/HDMI compliant receiver with 3-D motion adaptive de-interlacers, and offers superior video signal processing capability using 3:2 pull-down, 2:2 pull-down detection/recovery, and 3-D noise reduction.
The 1T-PCDVI-PCDVI Video Scaler offers control via a front panel switch matrix or the optional infrared remote control, and an On-screen Display provides a fast and simple scaler operation.

I needed this scaler to connect a 1080i 60Hz source signal to various VGA and DVI-D devices that couldn't handle resolution that high. With a little tweaking of available VGA resolutions, I was able to find one that worked for each display.
Conversion quality is great, with slight interlacing when set to a resolution of WVGA or higher.
