The Benro Travel Flat A0190T 5-Section Aluminum Tripod is a solid support for a DSLR or point & shoot camera, with a maximum load capacity of 13.2 lb. The tripod features a two-section center column that can be removed for low-to-the-ground shooting: Simply attach the head directly to the 3/8"-16 screw of the magnesium-alloy chassis.
With the center column attached and extended, the tripod reaches a maximum height of 63.8". The non-rotating leg design ensures that you can set up the tripod quickly and easily at a moment's notice.
When it's time to fold up, the lightweight aluminum legs of the A0190T fold down flat – somewhat like three fingers on your hand – thanks to an innovative chassis design. The included custom carry case snugly fits the 16.1" folded tripod & center column, with room for a head (not included). For travelers and campers, this compactness can make all the difference.

Comments about Benro Travel Flat A0190T 5-Section Aluminum Tripod:
I bought this to fit in my suitcase and it does. Although not as stable as a normal tripod, it is very useful for traveling. I would not use it as my primary tripod, but it certainly fits my needs well.

Comments about Benro Travel Flat A0190T 5-Section Aluminum Tripod:
It is a very good price and size, what I really wanted,BUT it says Load Capacity 13.2 lb (6 kg),which is not ,its not very steady for anything above 1.5-2.0 kg,
The 5th section is very thin and wobbly ,
If you are looking for something safe,go for a better tripod and save your gears from falling.

This tripod is very light and flexible, but it isn't sturdy enough for my use.

Comments about Benro Travel Flat A0190T 5-Section Aluminum Tripod:
This is the perfect travel tripod! I have a Manfrotto 190CX3 which fold down to 21", and I could (barely) fit it inside my hand carry luggage, but take up quite a bit of space due to it's triangle shape. This Benro Travel Flat? Fold down to 16" and FLAT! Easily fit inside any hand carrier and doesn't take up a lot of space. And it even fit perfectly on my Tamrac backpack's tripod holder too & doesn't look/feel out of proportion like my 190CX3 (which looks like I have an antenna at my back).
The only CON is (as expected!), it's NOT the most sturdiness tripod out there! I didn't even bother to use the last (skinny!) section. And with the center column part, it's more than tall enough for me & strong enough (remember I didn't use the last section of the leg!).
And it's very lightweight too. I save the $$ for this Aluminum version rather than pay 3x the price of a Carbon Fiber version!
At the end, it's a really great traveler's tripod for those who travel a lot and would like to stuff it inside a hand carrier. I'm really surprised nobody else thought about it?!

Comments about Benro Travel Flat A0190T 5-Section Aluminum Tripod:
This is a great travel tripod in my opinion. The flat design is a great innovation and you can easily fold and carry it in your shoulder bag. The tripod construction is excellent (Magnesium-Aluminium) and is extremely stable even when fully extended. This is a high quality product and even the carrying bag included is very good. I just wish one of the leg had the rubberized cushion to hold it during the freezing winter.
This is my first Benro product and I will wholeheartedly recommend this to anybody looking for a lightweight but high quality tripod.Just ensure you have a compatible ball-head along with this and you are good for a very long time.
