The Benro Classic C3580F 4-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod is a lightweight, sturdy support for a medium format camera or a DSLR outfitted with a long telephoto lens, with a maximum load capacity of 39.6 lb. With the center column and the four leg sections fully extended, the tripod reaches a maximum height of 70.9".
Despite its height and high load capacity, the C3580F weighs just 4.1 lb. The tripod includes several professional features that ensure its stability, such as user-adjustable flip locks on its 8-layer carbon fiber legs. Locking screws in the top plate provide an extra level of security and stability when attaching a head (not included). A hook at the bottom of the center-column allows you to hang a counterweight from the tripod's center of gravity for increased stability, especially in windy conditions or with uneven loads.

We carried the tripod across the country and are very pleased with its lightweightness and ease of operation. It is sturdy yet light. We have one very heavy lens and are glad it can take it easily.

Comments about Benro Classic C3580F 4-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod:
I first became familiar with Beno by purchasing the Beno Travel Tripod for a trip to Colorado Springs. I needed a good tripod to carry on the plane with me. Needless to say it is a great product and I use it as my primary tripod. I hiked the Smokey Mountains the Spring of 2011 and wanted a tripod that was taller, very sturdy, and light weight to carry around on the trails. I decided to upgrade to a Carbon Fiber Tripod and chose the Benro Classic C3580F. I am a landscape and wildlife photographer (Serious-Amateur) and I shoot with the Nikon D700 and the Canon 7D. Both heavy cameras when using long lenses. Fully extended without raising the center post and the tripod puts the camera right at my eye. (I am 6ft) The legs open quickly and is unbelievable sturdy. What blows me away is when open it is a breeze to carry around. I swear it appears to weigh less when open than when collapsed. Well worth the price and I recommended this brand and this product.
