The Tripp Lite External Battery Pack for UPS System (48 VDC) extends the battery runtime when used with a 48 VDC external battery connector. It offers a battery lifespan of 4 to 6 years, and supports stacking, upright tower, and rackmount applications with 2U rack space. The External Battery Pack features a heavy gauge cabling with high current DC connector for easy installation. It is compatible with SMART2200RMXL2U, SMART2600RM2U and SMART3000RM2U, and other Tripp Lite UPS systems that specify the use of this battery pack. An attached cable with blue 175 A male DC connector is used for connection with the UPS system.
