The Tripp Lite External Battery Pack for UPS System (36 VDC) extends the battery runtime of compatible Tripp Lite UPS systems when used with a 36 VDC external battery connector. It is compatible with Tripp Lite UPS systems including SMART1500RMXL2Ua and SMX1500RTXL2U, and offers a battery lifespan of 4 to 6 years.
In addition to a steel construction, the External Battery Pack features a heavy gauge cabling with a high current DC connector that offers easy installation. The battery pack features daisy-chain compatibility for multiple connected battery packs. An additional output connector allows daisy-chained configuration for multiple battery packs for extended runtime. It supports stacking, upright tower, and rackmount applications with 3U rack space. A detachable cable with UPS specific DC connector is used for connection with the UPS system.
