I bought one of these and one of the Lexar 32 GB ECHO MX USB flash drives. I bought them to make bootable volumes for Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) for working on various Macs. This one is almost exactly 3 times faster at booting Mac OS X than the Lexar one. I just returned the Lexar one for a second Kingston drive.

Outer covering is waterproof, tough and easy to open. Sized to contain a lot of data at 32GB and runs fast at 2.0 speeds. Overall a great buy for the money. The best yet after trying 4 other manufacturers of similar size and speed. If you need storage for files in an outdoor, hostile environment this is your BEST choice.
