The 16-48x/20-60x Zoom Fieldscope Eyepiece from Nikon is a nitrogen-filled fully multicoated zoom eyepiece ideal for bird watching, terrain navigation, and digiscoping. Place this eyepiece on your fieldscope to zoom the range of focal lengths. When attached to an EDG series fieldscope, magnify the focal length of your optics by 20x-60x.
The Zoom Eyepiece delivers bright vivid images, broad viewing angle, and is effective for use in low-light conditions such as dusk and dawn. Aspherical lens elements correct image distortion, providing a vivid flat image even at both extremes of the magnification range.
- Functionality
- Place this eyepiece on your fieldscope to extend the focal length of your optics. The broad range of magnification is ideal for bird watching, terrain navigation, and digiscoping.
- Water Resistant
- Nitrogen filled and o-ring sealed construction keeps this eyepiece waterproof and fogproof to a depth of two meters for up to ten minutes.
- Fully Multicoated Optics
- Multiple layers of anti-reflective compounds on each glass surface minimize reflected light, delivering bright vivid images effective for use in low-light conditions such as dusk and dawn.
- Aspherical Glass Lens System
- This optical system features a high refractive-index aspherical glass lens. Image distortion is corrected, providing a flat image even at both extremes of the magnification range.
