Axis Communications P1343 Network Camera

The Axis P1343 Network Camera features a progressive scan RGB CMOS 1/4” sensor, supports SVGA resolution, and has a 3-8mm vari-focal DC-iris lens. It features an ARTPEC-3 micro-processor, 128 MB of built-in RAM, and 128 MB of flash memory. Minimum illumination of 0.05 lux ensures clear images in bright light and low light conditions.

Automatically removable IR-cut filter enables the camera to switch between color and B&W as per changes in ambient lighting. The P1343 Network Camera supports transfer of multiple H.264 and Motion JPEG streams simultaneously, and each video stream can be separately adjusted for frame rates up to 30 fps and up to D1 resolution. H.264 compression helps reduce video file sizes without compromising on the quality and integrity of images. It also features digital pan/tilt/zoom that allows you to narrow in on specific areas.

Security settings include password protection and IP address filtering. Video detection and audio detection features, trigger video recording as soon as any video or audio is detected. The P1343 Network Camera offers wide dynamic range and mirroring of images. It also provides color, brightness, contrast, and various other camera settings.

The active tampering alarm function makes the P1343 Network Camera trigger an alarm, in case it is tampered with. It also comes with a SD/SDHC memory card slot (card not included). PoE (802.3af) supplies power to the camera from the network itself without any extra wiring for auxiliary power outlets, and power can also be drawn from an 8-20 VDC power supply.
