Works great. Gives new life to my old collection of FD lenses. Has two position "Lock" and "Open" ring that will locks opne the iris, ensuring that I'm always shooting wide open (if desired)

Simple device. I haven't tested the Novaflex, but I don't really care to when this Bower connects our lenses just fine for much less. No fear of quality issues. Using on a Sony FS100.
