Originally presented on over 100 audio CDs, the collection now comes on a hard drive, giving you instant access to international ambiences, animals, people, industrial sounds, natural disasters, and much more; all recorded by the BBC's top sound engineers all over the globe.
The effects are delivered as 16-bit/44.1kHz WAV files for wide compatibility. The files are stored on a compact external hard drive that's compatible with Mac and PC systems. Metadata is also included to quickly seek out and find particular effects. The library's metadata is compatible with MetaDigger, Pro Tools, AVID, Final Cut Pro, Soundminer, BaseHead, and other asset management systems.
